Why Early Access?

“Cheater’s Table is a social multiplayer card game built around cheating, bluffing, catching your friends, and reading the table. The core game is already playable, but we believe the best version of Cheater’s Table will be shaped together with the community.

Early Access allows us to collect feedback on balance, pacing, cheating mechanics, card effects, match flow, and online play. We want to improve the game with real player data and community suggestions while adding more content over time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Cheater’s Table to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months.

This may change depending on player feedback, the scope of new features, and the amount of balancing and polish needed before the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the full version with more cards, more game rules, additional table options, improved progression and customization, better onboarding, balance improvements, and quality-of-life updates.

Our goal is to make the full version more polished, more replayable, and more varied while keeping the core experience focused on cheating, bluffing, and catching your friends at the table.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes the core online multiplayer experience, the main card gameplay, cheating mechanics, catching mechanics, and the basic match flow.

However, the game is still in development. Players may encounter balance issues, bugs, missing polish, and features that may change over time based on feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to increase the price as we add more content, features, polish, and overall value during development.

Players who buy the game during Early Access will keep access to the full version when it is released.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community through Steam discussions, Discord, player feedback, bug reports, balance suggestions, and gameplay data.

Feedback will help us improve card balance, cheating mechanics, match pacing, onboarding, and future content priorities. We want Early Access players to help shape the direction of Cheater’s Table.”

About This Game

Cheater’s Table is a 2–4 player online card game of cheating and bluffing.

Empty your hand. Cheat. Catch cheaters. Don’t fall for traps. Control the table and stay alive.

HIDE YOUR CARD

Want to play a card that doesn’t match the table?

Hide it in your sleeve or pant leg. Pull it out and play it when the time is right.

If someone challenges you and finds it, you pay the price.

If they fail, they do.

DON’T TAKE THE BAIT

But not every suspicious move is a cheat.

Challenge someone and you might walk straight into their trap. Ignore it, and the trap backfires on the player who set it.

PICK YOUR PUNISHMENT

Cards, dynamites, or a Cadillac... What kind of trap do you want to set?

The host decides what kind of chaos takes over the table. Every punishment carries its own risk, and one wrong decision can completely change the course of the match.

If nobody manages to play Milk, the last player alive wins.
