Some island, somewhere off the coast, so small it doesn't even have a name on most maps. A lighthouse that hasn't sent a signal in weeks. The company cut the budget, so you're going alone - your first time without a partner, clipboard in hand and the feeling that this will be over quickly.

And maybe it would have been.

If it weren't for this silence.
