You're Hired

Desperate for work, you accepted an overnight job at Founder’s Choice Market. No interview. Just a too-good-to-be-true paycheck. Too good to say no.

Your primary task is to inspect and sort the items from the delivery truck. Scan cases into the inventory computer and answer the questions. Check the expiration dates, weights, packaging and product quality using the different tools we provide.

• If it meets our standards, place it on the cart to be stocked on the shelves.

• If it doesn’t, take it to the trash compactor.

Founder's Choice Market holds all employees to the following standards:

• Do NOT wander outside your assigned area. It can be dangerous

• Ignore any irregularities concerning items or store conditions. Those are handled by management, not you.

• Do NOT engage with anything or anyone that shouldn’t be there.

• Founder's Choice Market is not responsible for your safety on or off the clock.

Complete the task list every shift. Stocking shelves, mopping the floors, cleaning the walls, plunging the toilets. We always expect a clean and well-maintained store

After your shift, you will be evaluated on the work you’ve done. Go above and beyond and you will be compensated. Mistakes will be punished. Your performance determines your fate.
