“Mayor Life Simulator is a deep and evolving city life experience, and Early Access gives us the chance to shape it together with our players. Our goal is to build a living, breathing simulation where your choices as a business owner, citizen, or future mayor truly matter. By involving the community early, we can better prioritize features, improve systems, and ensure the final game reflects what players enjoy most.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Mayor Life Simulator will be in early access for approximately 12-18 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version we plan to include a larger and more detailed map, improved NPC behavior, punishment systems, political career mechanics, and additional regions and job types. We also plan to polish the UI, add professional voiceovers, and improve the background economy, police vehicle tracking system and citizens.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of Mayor Life Simulator offers a playable and immersive experience that reflects the core vision of the game. Players can experience dynamic police chases, face consequences such as getting caught with their car, and even participate in morally gray decisions such as bribery. The mayor's office is functional and allows players to take part in city governance and submit development projects for council approval. Legal systems such as court hearings are already integrated, as well as the ability to buy and drive vehicles or move to new homes.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Mayor Life Simulator will increase in price by 25%-50% after Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through the community forums and Discord server, we will be gauging feedback on every update, and frequently polling the community on what they'd like to see in the next update.”

Life isn't going so well... until Arthur calls you with an offer that will change your destiny. To get started, just collect the money, buy the ticket, and step into Mayorica. There, a brand-new life awaits you, complete with a free home, cars, and dangerous missions. You have one goal: to become Mayor of Mayorica City! Experience the ultimate mayoral simulation, the first of its kind.

Open World Freedom:

Roam a vast map, drive cars, explore, and write your own story.

Guns & Gang Wars:

Battle dangerous gangs, make deadly decisions on missions. Each mission brings greater risk... but greater reward.

Driving Experience:

Speed through the streets, engage in chases, and become the ruler of the city.

Run the Gun Shop:

Buy and manage a gun shop. Sell weapons, expand your inventory, take risks. Accept or decline secret missions. Choose your path. Combine trade with action, grow your profits and reputation; become the city's most powerful arms dealer.

Mayor:

Bring gangs to heel, win the support of the people, find your way in a world of bribery, and ultimately become the city's mayor.
