Mayor Life Simulator - End User License Agreement (EULA)

Thank you for installing and playing Mayor Life Simulator. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Play B Games ("Developer").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using Mayor Life Simulator ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This Game is licensed, not sold. Play B Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Game.
  
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Game to others.
  
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Play B Games.
  
• Use any unauthorized software, cheats, bots, or exploits in connection with the Game.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by Play B Games. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.

The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Play B Games does not guarantee that the Game will be free of bugs or errors.

In no event shall Play B Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

By using this Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
