Players can experience dynamic police chases, face consequences such as getting caught with their car, and even participate in morally gray decisions such as bribery. The mayor's office is functional and allows players to take part in city governance and submit development projects for council approval. Legal systems such as court hearings are already integrated, as well as the ability to buy and drive vehicles or move to new homes.”
