About This Game

Raccoons to Riches is a small solo-developed Roguelike Deck Builder about managing an item shop as a little raccoon trying to stay in business! Your goal is to keep up with weekly payments on your shop for a whole month while you make as much gold as possible. Supply townsfolk and adventurers alike as you customize your shop and manage your time for maximum profit!

In this non-combat deckbuilder, you'll Sell Items to Customers and Play Business Tactics to convince them to pay handsomely for your wares. Use your business savvy to learn and influence what your customers want to buy, and sell it to them at a high price!

How you spend your days is up to you! Carefully balance selling items during market days, resupplying at the Supply Shoppe, and taking days off. Just make sure you can pay rent each week! If you can stay afloat for a whole month, you'll prove you've got what it takes and win your run!

Fill your shop's Daily Inventory with valuable Items that your Customers will love. Food, Potions, Armour and Weapons can all be especially valuable to the right buyer! You can even craft new items on the fly to make super-valuable new items with multiple types at once!

Learn powerful Business Tactics and Mottos that can convince your customers to change their preferences, help you do business just a bit faster, or maybe find just the thing you need to make a big sale.

Build a secondary deck of loyal Customers who will return to your shop day after day! Advertise to new Customers to add them to your Customer Base, or Ban Customers that you've grown weary of. Will you sell your wares to a wide variety of townsfolk, or to a select few?

Decorate your shop with powerful Decorations that all have helpful abilities you can craft a synergistic strategy around. Between your Shelves, Carpet, Lighting, Workbench, and Sales Counter, you can create exciting builds that can really amp up your profits! Gain free item enhancements, customer alterations, extra card draw, and more when you trigger your decorations during a market day!

Resupply your shop at the Supply Shoppe, where you can buy fresh stocks, take a seminar to learn new tactics, refurbish your shop with some new decorations, send out advertisements for your shop, and even grab a new permit that can upgrade your shop with a longer line!

This is a small solo-developed game, but if you're looking for a unique profit-driven twist on the usual Roguelike Deckbuilding formula, or you're a fan of tycoon and item shop simulators, you'll probably have a good time with this!
