Why Early Access?

“Duckoleon has a potential for a large amount of features, but is in a state where it's fun and ready to be enjoyed. Since it can have a long roadmap, I want the community to be more involved in the process of deciding what is important for the game. That's why I choose early access, since I am an indie developer with currently zero funding it can also give me some means of getting a bigger development team, which could push the game further.”

“About 1 to 2 years.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We aim to have different modes, maps and systems in-place for full launch, along with an overhaul of models, graphics, animations & quality of life changes.”

“The game is playable and runs fairly smoothly with all needed features for one mode to function.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through our Discord community we have been running bug reports, playtests & events. We aim to continue this process as we work on each new update, patch & hotfix as well as finding individuals to help or join the development team.”
