About This Game

You are an experienced doctor who hasn’t been treated well by life. Seeking redemption, you specialize in the only thing you can still offer: helping others from within their own dreams.

Travel through the most twisted nightmares of your patients, facing their fears through surreal minigames. Each treatment is a risk; one mistake can lead to trial, and every decision impacts your reputation and future.

Manage your clinic, craft unique medicines based on what your patients feel… and work to become the greatest tycoon of Thornfield, a city where dreams are healed… or rot.

Discover Thornfield, a forgotten city where dreams can make us sick. Its inhabitants are unique and strange, each with their own stories and problems that only you can help solve. In Thornfield, nothing is as it seems, and every person is a world to discover.

Main Features

40 unique minigames
Each patient has their own nightmare. From impossible platforming to bizarre puzzles or a frantic shooter. Every dream, a new challenge.

Medicine crafting system
After each dream session, listen to how the patient feels and create the perfect medicine… or completely ruin it.

Decisions and consequences
Gave the wrong medicine 5 times? You go to trial. Lose $4500. And lose respect.

Manage your clinic
Receive patients, clean rooms, hire staff, upgrade facilities, and gain reputation… or go bankrupt due to malpractice.

Not satisfied curing by day?

Decide to sell your potions illegally at night on the black market.

But beware: the police are watching. If caught, you could lose everything… and regret it later.
