Its name―――

◇◆◇ Honeycomb Coins ◇◆◇

Honeycomb Coins is a free-to-play, coin-based 1v1 turn-based strategy board game. Supports online battles. Victory is achieved by outscoring the opponent through careful assessment of the battlefield and strategic use of abilities.

A wide variety of coin designs are available, making collection a key part of the game’s appeal. Some coins are said to be extremely rare and difficult to obtain. After a match, the winner may claim one coin from the opponent’s deck. Winning matches is essential for building a collection.

Several game modes are available in Honeycomb Coins, including Open Match for online battles against random players, Ranked Match for competition within the same skill tier, Custom Match for playing with specific friends, and Solo Mode for offline battles against the CPU.

◇◆◇ Build a deck that's all your own! ◇◆◇

Coins each have their own cost, abilities, and other unique traits. The combinations are endless! Mix and match to create the ultimate deck and take on the competition!

◇◆◇ Complete your coin collection! ◇◆◇

There are over 100 different coin designs! Win matches, earn new coins, and aim to complete the full collection!

============================= How To Play =============================

Each match in Honeycomb Coins consists of 6 turns. Players take turns placing one coin per turn, with no option to skip or end the match early after all 6 coins have been placed, the match concludes. Turn order is decided by a coin toss at the start of each turn. The first player becomes the attacker, then roles switch, becomes the defender. If going second, the roles are reversed in order.

During the attacker turn, a coin must be placed on the field. During the defender turn, if a trap is held, it can be set.

◇ PLACE A COIN

This part of the game is what makes Honeycomb Coins unique. During the attacker turn, exactly one coin must be placed. Each coin has a numerical value called Cost, which is distributed and accumulated across the surrounding board on the place you set the coin. These accumulated values are referred to as Board Score. The total of all board scores becomes the player's final score, which determines the outcome of the match.

However, coins can only be placed on the board where the board score is either 0 or already claimed by the player's side.

◇ SKILL USAGE

If you have a skill, you can use it during attacker turn. But keep in mind, your turn ends as soon as you place a coin, so make sure to use your skill before you place it.

◇ PLACE A TRAP

If you have a trap, you can choose to set it during defender turn. Even if you’re having a trap, you can also skip your turn. It’s all part of the mind game.

◇ FIELD

Each individual space where you place a coin is called Board. There are 37 of these boards arranged in a honeycomb pattern, forming the field. At the start of each match, 6 Blocks are randomly placed. You can’t place coins or traps on these blocked boards, and they won’t contribute to scoring either.

◇ WIN or LOSE

In the end, the player with the higher score wins. To boost your score, it’s important to learn the finer details of the rules. Also, when you win a match, you get to choose one coin from opponent’s deck and add it to your own collection.
