Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We’re aiming for 6–12 months. That’s based on our team size, budget, and the pace we know we can maintain without rushing the quality. (Yes, there are sprints and daily dev calls galore!)”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release will expand on everything that’s here already. Our plans include:

- **More game modes** – both relaxing and challenging twists on solitaire.
- **Game collaborations** – decks designed in partnership with other games and indie creators.
- **New content drops** – more artists, more decks, more cultures celebrated.
- **Social features** – connect to friends, trade card and build your collection collaboratively.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Even in Early Access, Flick Solitaire is a polished and complete-feeling experience. Right now you’ll find:

- **Five game modes,** including classic solitaire, pyramid, spider and inventive twists to test that FLICK motion!
- **A fresh interface** and upgraded collection system.
- **A new gallery,** effortlessly browse and boost the decks you want to collect first.
- **Thousands of cards** across dozens of artist-designed decks, ready to collect.
- **Daily challenges** and rewards to boost your collections.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Flick Solitaire is **free-to-play** and is planned to remain that way. There are optional ways to support the game with in-app purchases and Season Passes, but all core gameplay, collecting decks, and completing them can be experienced for free.

Coins are earned by playing and can be used to buy cards and build your collection. You don’t have to spend to progress; accessibility has always been central to Flick, and there are no paywalls blocking the core experience.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Flick Solitaire has always been shaped hand-in-hand with our players. Our Discord isn’t just a place to hang out, it’s where new features are born, where feedback turns into real updates, and where every voice matters. From accessibility tweaks to collection systems, community suggestions have already made their way into the game, and they’ll keep doing so.

It’s also a space for connection: game chat, cat memes, small conversations, and big ideas. That mix is what makes the community special, a growing group of players and advocates who genuinely care about making Flick better (and keep us busy in the best possible way).
