# End User Licence Agreement (EULA) — Flick Solitaire
Version: v1.0
Last updated: 30 September 2025
Developer/Publisher: Flick Games Ltd (“Flick”, “we”, “us”)
Game: Flick Solitaire (“Game”)

By downloading, installing or playing the Game on Steam, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or play.

1. What this is
This EULA is the licence between you and Flick for the Game. The Steam Subscriber Agreement governs your use of Steam itself; if there’s a direct conflict about Steam-specific matters, the Steam terms control. This EULA controls everything else about the Game.

2. Licence grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on devices linked to your Steam account. We retain all rights in the Game and its content.

3. Virtual items, coins and season passes
• The Game may include virtual currency (e.g., coins), virtual items, and season passes (together, “Virtual Items”).
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-redeemable for money or monetary value, and can be revoked if obtained fraudulently or you breach this EULA.
• Prices and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items or features; where we do, we’ll act reasonably and, where required by law or Steam policy, provide appropriate remedies (for example, refunds processed via Steam).
• Refunds for purchases made through Steam are handled under Steam’s refund policy.
• If a chargeback or refund occurs, we may remove the associated Virtual Items and related progress.

4. Rules of play (what you cannot do)
You agree not to:
• Cheat or use bots, macros, trainers, exploits or any unauthorised third-party tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Game except where permitted by law.
• Copy, extract, rip, resell or distribute any Game assets (including art, audio and code).
• Bypass any regional restrictions or security.
We may take reasonable enforcement steps for breaches (including suspending access to the Game or removing fraudulently obtained Virtual Items). Your Steam account itself is managed by Valve under its own terms.

5. Streaming & content creation
We’re creator-friendly. You may record, stream, and monetise gameplay videos of the Game and use Flick’s names and in-Game visuals solely to identify and promote your gameplay content, provided you do not misrepresent affiliation, use our logos as your own branding, or include unlawful content. This permission can be updated or withdrawn for specific uses if needed to protect our IP or comply with law.

6. Health & fair play
Take regular breaks. Stop playing if you experience discomfort (including eyestrain or photosensitivity). Please spend responsibly in-game.

7. Privacy
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we process and why. Find it at: https://www.flick.games/info/privacy-policy

8. Age
You must be old enough to consent to this EULA in your country or have a parent/guardian agree for you. Purchases must be made by adults or with adult permission.

9. Updates & changes
We may update the Game (including anti-cheat or balance changes) and this EULA. Material changes will be notified via Steam news or an in-Game prompt and will apply after notice. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game.

10. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may terminate or suspend your licence if you materially breach this EULA. On termination, your right to access the Game and any Virtual Items ends (subject to any mandatory consumer rights and Steam refunds).

11. Warranties & liability (readable version)
• The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not exclude liability where the law says we cannot (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
• Subject to the above, we are not liable for: (a) loss not caused by our breach; (b) loss we and you could not reasonably foresee; (c) loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; or (d) business losses (the Game is for personal use).
• If we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Game or in-Game purchases in the 12 months before the claim (this does not limit liability we cannot lawfully limit).
Your statutory consumer rights (e.g., under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015/EU consumer law) are not affected.

12. Governing law & disputes
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the UK or EU, you may also have the right to bring claims in your home country under mandatory local law.

TL;DR (not legally binding): You’re getting a personal licence to play; Virtual Items aren’t money; don’t cheat or rip assets; we can update and enforce rules; refunds go via Steam; your consumer rights still apply.
