“Wyldheart is launching in Early Access so players can help shape its development. Because our game has been designed as a co-op experience for small communities, we cherish feedback that can help us refine co-op systems, roleplaying features, balancing, and usability as the game grows. By joining early, you become part of the journey to build the best possible version of Wyldheart together.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We have a strong vision of what our game is, so our goal during Early Access is to add highly requested features from players and fine-tune the game based on player feedback. We hope to finish the Early Access period and release our 1.0 build at some point in 2027.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version, we plan to release multiple standalone campaign experiences to increase the length of the game and deepen the player's progression journey over time. The full version will also include additional game features based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early Access currently offers the first campaign, three playable ancestries and 19 roleplaying backgrounds and skill trees to specialise in Sword, Axe, Mace, Bow and Staff techniques.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan on gathering player feedback across the Steam Forums, Discord, Reddit and other social media platforms to prioritise developing highly requested features and fixing critical bugs.”

About This Game

YOU ARE NOT THE CHOSEN ONE

Start as a humble peasant tossed into a dungeon, tasked with finding one of the ancient Relics of Caerwyn to protect your town. Choose to be a proud Freefolk, a little Mossling, or a towering Grimhorn, and pick from 19 backgrounds to begin your story.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR COMBAT STYLE

Quickly swap between melee and ranged weapons, casting spells, or throwing deadly concoctions during immersive, fast-paced action combat. Classless, fully flexible skill trees in Adventuring, Survival, Dungeoneering, Weaponry and the Oldways of Magic allow you to specialize or create clever combinations.

HANG OUT IN HANDCRAFTED TOWNS

Meet local villagers who all have lives, stories and schedules of their own. Reveal quests by eavesdropping, deciphering rumors, and exploring strange ruins. Gather materials, craft items, cook meals for your party, and upgrade your gear before continuing your adventure!

SCHEDULING GAME NIGHT HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER

Play solo, or up to 4-player co-op with seamless drop-in/drop-out. Cloud-shared saves, group XP, and scaling difficulty all mean the party can continue with someone offline, but nobody gets left behind. Designed for busy gamers, campaigns have about 10 hours of story, and 15 hours of optional content.
