What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Our game is in Early Access because it's still growing, and we want players to be part of that journey. This phase allows us to collect valuable feedback, experiment with new ideas, and shape the game based on real player experiences. By doing so, we can refine and enhance the game for its full release while also fostering a strong community and ensuring the resources needed for development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game is expected to remain in Early Access for approximately six months, though this timeline may change. Throughout this period, our main goal is to enhance the game by introducing new features, refining gameplay, and incorporating player feedback. We're committed to delivering a polished and enjoyable experience at full release, and player support during this phase is invaluable as development progresses.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“While nothing is set in stone, our current plan includes exploring a variety of new features and expansions to enrich the game’s experience. Some of the ideas being considered include additional creatures, a town environment, greater ship variety, more items, underwater exploration, open-sea travel, dynamic weather conditions, and expanded customization options for the shop. These possibilities are aimed at deepening immersion, expanding gameplay variety, and providing players with more meaningful choices. As development progresses, we will evaluate and refine these ideas based on feasibility, player feedback, and the overall vision for the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is expected to include core gameplay elements such as cleaning, repairing, market management, and some horror-themed mechanics. These features will form the foundation of the experience, providing players with a mix of strategic decision-making and atmospheric gameplay. However, as development progresses, these elements may be refined, expanded, or adjusted based on player feedback and the evolving vision of the game. Our goal is to ensure a balanced and engaging experience while remaining flexible to improvements and new ideas.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently have no plans to change the price of the game during its Early Access period. Our goal is to provide players with a fair and consistent pricing model while we continue to develop and refine the experience. However, as we approach the full release, we may reassess the cost to reflect the improvements, additional content, and overall value the game has gained throughout Early Access. Any potential adjustments will be carefully considered, with transparency and player expectations in mind.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“While there are no absolute certainties in game development, our intention is to share a detailed roadmap that outlines multiple branching paths for future content and features. This roadmap will serve as a flexible framework rather than a rigid plan, allowing for adjustments based on player feedback and evolving priorities. By engaging the community in this way, we aim to create a more dynamic and player-driven development process, where reviews, suggestions, and discussions actively influence which directions the game takes. Our goal is to ensure that players have a meaningful role in shaping the game’s journey, making it a truly collaborative experience.”
