About This Game

Four desperate passengers. One cursed train. No turning back.

In Dead Haul, you and up to three others have bought a little more life by climbing aboard a rusted train bound out of Brimstone. The Conductor keeps it moving, but every mile has a price. At each stop, you break into decaying estates, crypts, mines and manor houses, hauling back whatever the dead, the rich and the damned failed to keep.

Every stop is short. The train opens its doors, gives you a sliver of time to get greedy, then leaves with or without you. Push deeper for silver, relics and answers, or turn back before the doors close.

Dead Haul is built around rumour, attention and nerve. Not every secret is marked. Not every system explains itself. Some aspects have to be learned the old way: by noticing, by testing, by surviving and by telling the story afterward.

Key Features

Co-op Break-Ins

1 to 4 players enter cursed estates together, split up under pressure and decide how much risk the haul is worth.

Short Stops, Bad Decisions

Every raid is a brief window. The deeper you go, the harder the return, and the train does not wait for second thoughts.

Secrets Worth Chasing

Hidden rooms, sealed contraptions, odd rituals and half-buried routes reward curiosity, memory and nerve, not checklist clearing.

Keep the Expedition Alive

Not everyone needs to descend into the dark. Brew, sort, ferry supplies and tend to the crew. There are more ways to survive the journey without reducing it to a single solved path.

The Conductor

Your guide, your jailer and your merchant of last resort. He sells you distance a few minutes at a time and always seems to know what you can still afford to lose.
