Bodybuilder Simulator is a third-person open-world game set on a forgotten Italian island, where sport is not a choice — it’s a necessity.

The game takes place on an isolated island where every inhabitant lives by a rhythm of training, work, and competition. This is a world where physical condition defines your opportunities, status, and the respect you earn from others.

Every building can be explored, and the island is full of life — from gyms and homes to competitive bodybuilding venues.

You begin with an advanced character creator that allows deep customization:

• body fat percentage and muscle mass

• genetic traits and physical predispositions

• detailed face and body customization

• skin tone and many other parameters

Every choice you make affects your character’s development and potential.

💪 Realistic Training and Body Development

The game features over 100 exercises recreated from real-world movements.

Every workout visibly and physically transforms your body:

• muscles tighten and change shape

• veins become more visible under strain

• skin reacts to body fat levels and training intensity

• fatigue affects exercise execution and technique

• facial expressions reflect real effort and exhaustion

Nutrition, supplementation, and recovery (sleep) are essential — neglecting any of them will impact your progress.

The island is inhabited by NPCs who:

• follow their own daily routines

• train in gyms and develop their bodies

• react to your physique and behavior

• change their bodies over time (muscle gain / fat gain)

You can train with them, help them improve, or compete against them. They also react emotionally — they may support you or criticize you.

🏋️ Gym and Home Progression

Your gym and house are fully customizable:

• buy and upgrade equipment

• change colors, textures, and materials

• add decorations, posters, and electronics

• expand and evolve your training space

Both locations are highly interactive and grow with your progress.

💼 Work and Survival

To progress, you must earn money — balancing work with your bodybuilding career and investing in your development.
