Flames in Modern Europe is a global real-time strategy game with next-generation graphics, allowing you to immerse yourself in the gripping and exciting events of modern Europe, such as Euromaidan and the Revolution of Dignity! Build a powerful economy and buy back historical lands, or launch a war against a neighboring state! Develop your nation, overcome political crises, and become a part of the most captivating moments of modern history!

As of Spring 2026, marking the anniversary of its Early Access release, the game remains in active development and receives regular updates. These updates introduce a wealth of new content, including new mechanics, storylines for various countries, expansions of existing features, graphical improvements, and numerous optimizations. CORE MECHANICS

• Courses: In the country menu, you have several courses, such as political and economic. This is your story and your plan for achieving greatness in Europe.

• Mentality: Change the mentality traits of your people to tailor them to your needs! Make them believe that dictatorship is cool, or that pacifism will save everyone!

• Parliament: Pass or repeal various laws, but don't forget to secure the support of the relevant parties!

• Decisions: Make vital decisions for your country to help combat corruption, improve stability and support, or even allow the sale of your country's regions.

• Economy: Build new structures that work for the benefit of the state, such as:

  • Offices that generate new revenue for the state treasury

  • Laboratories that work on new technologies

  • Nuclear and other power plants, which not only support domestic consumers but also allow you to sell energy to other states!

  • Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), which will fight corruption within your country!

  • And much more, from roads to spaceports!

• Use the budget menu to manage spending and the efficiency of various national sectors, such as construction, research, the military, administration, and social costs. Hire additional construction companies to speed up building! And don't forget about taxes!

• Research: Research new technologies to help your country become the most progressive.

• Army: Create new brigades or launch nuclear weapons that will leave permanent scars on the Earth...

• Diplomacy - offers numerous possibilities, from electricity trading to alliances and even purchasing regions!

• Wars between AI countries - depending on the level of aggressiveness, AI-controlled states will attack one another and may even attack the player if relations drop below 10!

• Dynamic regional populations!

• Stability, corruption, tax efficiency, Human Development Index (HDI), economic booms, stagnation, mobilization, and various laws - all of these factors influence the situation in your country!
