Start with nothing but a ticket booth in the mountains. Clear snow, chop wood, crack ice off rooftops, all by hand, all in first person. Serve drinks, cook meals, repair ski gear, and turn a rundown mountain stop into a full-blown resort with a hotel, restaurant, bar, and shop.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We believe the best way to build Snow Resort Simulator is together with our players. Early Access allows us to launch a fully playable, content-rich experience while continuing to grow the game based on real feedback from the community. We want players to be part of the journey, from shaping new features to influencing the direction of future updates. This is not a half-finished game. It is a solid foundation that we are committed to expanding into something much bigger.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 6-12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release will include meaningful new content and improvements based on Early Access feedback. We plan to add a new area to the upper floor of the hotel, introduce activities such as ice skating, après-ski, and party hosting, and expand the resort experience with cozy interactions throughout. NPCs will become smarter and more realistic over time. Hotel rooms will be customizable by players. Full controller support will also be added. Every existing area will receive ongoing improvements shaped directly by community feedback. Early Access is where we figure out together what the game needs to become.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Snow Resort Simulator is fully playable from start to finish. Core gameplay systems — resort management, upgrades, quests, mini-tasks, and hotel progression — are all in place. We are launching in Early Access to refine the experience based on player feedback, expand content, and polish existing features before the full release.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We are launching at a lower price during Early Access as a thank you to our early supporters. The price will increase when we release the full version, reflecting the additional content and features that will be added throughout the Early Access period.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will actively engage with our community through Steam Discussions and Discord. Player feedback will directly shape our update priorities — if something isn't working or needs improvement, we want to hear about it. We plan to share regular development updates, listen to suggestions on new content and features, and keep our players informed at every stage of Early Access.”

About This Game

You don't manage this resort from a menu. You run it with your own two hands.

Snow Resort Simulator drops you at the foot of a mountain with nothing but a run-down ticket booth. Every improvement starts with physical work: shovel snow off walkways, chop firewood and feed it to the fireplace, crack ice off rooftops with snowballs, and haul supplies through the cold. As your resort grows, so does what you can do.

Sell lift tickets to incoming skiers and get your first income flowing. It's simple work, but it's the foundation of everything you'll build.

Open a repair shop and fix broken ski gear by hand. Diagnose the problem, grab the right tools, and get it done. Upgrade your shop to take on bigger jobs and stock new equipment for sale.

Run the kitchen yourself. Take orders, cook meals, mix drinks, and clear tables before the next wave of hungry guests arrives. Upgrade your menu and equipment to serve more customers and earn more per order.

Build guest houses and rent rooms to overnight visitors. Clean up after checkout, restock supplies, and watch as hotel guests flood your bar, restaurant, and shop with extra business.

Clear snow and debris to unlock new areas. Chop wood and keep fireplaces burning. Repair ski nets after storms. Track down lost wallets and phones. Collect pinecones across the mountainside. Throw snowballs at guests, just because you can.

Snowstorms will pile up work and break your equipment. Keep the resort open through a blizzard and earn your reputation. Stay up late enough and you might catch the northern lights. Hang Christmas decorations during the holiday season for a revenue boost.

What's included in Early Access:

6 areas to unlock and manage: Ticket Office, Repair Shop, Bar, Restaurant, Store, Hotel

Upgrade trees for each area with no forced order

Hire workers to keep areas running while you expand

Dynamic weather: snowstorms, northern lights, Christmas season

32 Steam achievements

Full progression from a single ticket booth to a five-star mountain resort
