What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“With the game's core direction and structure now established, we chose to enter Early Access so that we can further refine the game based on the diverse experiences of actual players.

During Early Access, we hope to see how well our intended gameplay and sense of fun translate into the actual player experience, and use what we learn to further improve the game as we work toward the full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Early Access to last approximately six months, with the full release currently targeted for the first half of 2027. The Early Access period may be adjusted depending on development progress and community feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes approximately 50% of the content currently planned for the full release.

For the full version, we plan to add new chapters that continue the story beyond Early Access, as well as additional endings. As the story progresses, players can expect new gameplay mechanics and story elements. We also plan to further refine and enhance the game's art and presentation.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version currently includes six playable chapters, including the tutorial. All core gameplay systems and basic features, such as saving, loading, and settings, are implemented, and all currently available content can be played from beginning to end.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“During Early Access, the game will be offered at a lower price than the full release version. With the full release, we plan to increase the price to reflect the expanded content and overall improvements to the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to gather player feedback and bug reports through the Steam Community and our official Discord server. We will review feedback on various aspects of the game, including balance, difficulty, and quality-of-life features, and use it to help guide updates and improvements.

Throughout Early Access, we hope to work together with our players to further improve the game based on their experiences and feedback.”

About This Game

「Galvatein : Adventurers' Guild」 is a classic fantasy simulation game where you step into the role of a guild receptionist, reviewing quests for brave adventurers. Presented in an omnibus format, each chapter unfolds a unique event set in a richly detailed fantasy world.

Verify quest completion

At the break of dawn, the guild receptionist gets to work — checking every detail to see if the adventurers did their job right.

Well, ordinary people don't really know much about monsters, after all.

Since most clients aren’t familiar with monsters, it’s up to the receptionist to deduce the target using only the details in the quest. Then comes the real work — analyzing loot, consulting bestiaries, checking maps and licenses — all to ensure the adventurer did their job right.

Interaction with Adventurers

To make accurate judgments, the receptionist can ask adventurers questions — about the loot, about the monsters, and sometimes about the people who’ve gone missing. Beyond that, enjoy light-hearted conversations and listen to tales of their lives and the many stories scattered across the continent of Eustace.

The choice is always yours

If you stick to the rules and fulfill your duties as a receptionist, the guild should run smoothly. But what if an adventurer comes to you with circumstances you simply can’t ignore? Or what if you come across a piece of loot you desperately want? The choice is yours. Just remember… that freedom is yours only as long as the guild keeps running smoothly.

The Guild Tavern

When night falls, the guild tavern opens its doors. Adventurers drop by to unwind after a long day, bringing with them tales of all kinds — from the ordinary to the extraordinary, and perhaps even a story of love or two. Cook up “monster cuisine” using ingredients from defeated beasts, and sit back as you listen to the many voices of the world.

Monster cuisine can be dangerous!

Cooking with monster loot can be quite tricky. Some ingredients are excessively sticky, like slimes, while others, like Giant Bees, contain toxins. That’s why you need to understand the properties of each ingredient and combine them carefully. The dish you end up with will change depending on which ingredients you use together. Sounds too difficult? Don’t worry. “Kaul, the Magical Cooking Pot” will be there to help!

The Thirst and Trials of Adventurers

An elf who left the Forest of the World Tree after losing the ability to use mana.
A dwarf who became an adventurer despite being a blacksmith — because he fears fire. Every adventurer carries their own scars, their own quiet struggles.
These are stories of those who simply long for an ordinary day… and of the strength it takes to overcome what lies beyond that thirst. Would you care to listen?

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Generative AI was used during the initial production of character and background artwork to explore different visual concepts, expressions, poses, and compositions.

All character and background artwork is manually refined and finalized, including adjustments to poses, colors, details, character consistency, and overall visual quality.

Generative AI was also used to create the game's background music. All AI-assisted content is pre-generated during development; no generative AI content is created during gameplay.
