Dokkalfar is a modern Metroidvania focused on fast, acrobatic movement, shadow magic, exploration, combat, and RPG progression. Step into the role of Vivi, a Dark Elf tasked with tracking the sorcerer Erasmus and his fanatical cult across a vast fantasy realm before they unleash a primordial magic capable of awakening deadly beasts.

Play as a Dark Elf Hero

Master Vivi’s lethal training in martial combat and shadow magic. Chain together slides, evades, and aerial dashes to fluidly navigate complex platforming and aggressive encounters. Strike from a distance with Vivi’s signature whip, execute precise counters with her parry dagger, or debilitate foes with poisoned darts—or adapt by equipping weapons looted from across the realm. Combine acrobatic movement with your expanding arsenal to dictate the rhythm of battle.

Master Shadow Magic

Dark Elf magic is subtle, precise, and lethal. Vanish from sight with shadow cloaking, peer through the dark with heightened perception, and blink through hazards using Shadow Step. As your power grows, unleash darkness orbs, life-draining attacks, and levitation to turn hostile territory into your personal hunting ground. Your abilities naturally shape your preferred style as you progress, but every encounter can be approached with intent.

Level Up and Build Vivi

Defeating enemies and completing challenges grants experience, allowing Vivi to level up and improve her core attributes.

Unlock new abilities, increase combat effectiveness, and equip stronger gear that changes how you approach exploration and combat.

Stats, resistances, and equipment allow you to build Vivi around speed, precision, survivability, or control.
