Retro Relics is a cozy sandbox and story-driven treasure hunting simulation, where you immerse yourself into nature and search for ancient artifacts with your metal detector. Explore, dig, help other people find lost belongings and complete your coin and relics collection.

    You can unearth artifacts from all epochs with the help of your metal detector: coins, buttons, buckles, jewellery, military, religious relics and many more






  • Explore nature:

    Uncover the mysteries of ancient ruins, explore lush forests, dusty fields and relax on a treasure hunt at the beach! Many animals can be spotted on your adventures.

  • Help other people find their lost things:

    Go on numerous search missions for the local people in your town, including a sad dog owner, a strange hunter and a sophisticated archeologist trying to decipher ancient ruins

  • Complete your collection

    Collect more than 100 different artifacs and display them in your cozy homestead

  • Cleanup nature to help animals:

    People don't only lose treasures - help nature by picking up trash and watch animals come back to their former habitats



  • Prepare your next hunt:

    At your cozy homestead you can: sell artifacts, accept new missions via email, manage your collection, upgrade your gear

About me:

I'm Jonas, 31 years old, from Germany. I'm a solo developer working on Retro Relics in my free time. I'm a passionate metal detectorist myself and have many years of experience in the hobby. Many of the relics you can undig in the game, I have found myself in real life.
