Our goal is to transition out of Early Access in approximately 6 months to a year. The specific timeframe will be shaped by the evolving roadmap, which takes into account suggestions and feedback from our community.

The full version is planned to include expanded content, such as new map generations, equipment, loot items, monsters, and community-suggested features. Our focus will also be on refining and polishing the overall experience based on player feedback.

In the Early Access version of Forsaken Frontiers, players can engage in both single-player and multiplayer co-op experiences, accommodating up to 12 players. Communication is facilitated through proximity voice chat, enhancing coordination and strategy. Interaction with the environment, effective use of equipment, and scavenging for loot are fundamental elements of gameplay. The immersive experience is intensified by a rich array of sounds and volumetric audio. The unforgiving environment is inhabited by enemies that stalk and pose a threat to players. The train serves as a means of transportation to procedurally generated locations, where players can face the dangers, sell loot, or purchase new equipment. Players also have a persistent character that is saved across all sessions. Additionally, the host player's current game progress is automatically saved when quitting or disconnecting.
