Why Early Access?

“Dreadweave is a playable, stable experience with a complete core loop, but we believe the best games are shaped together with the community. Early Access lets us keep building with real player feedback: balancing the heartbeat mechanic, expanding the map, and adding quests and story content. We'd rather ship something real and improve it with you than polish it in silence for another year.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Dreadweave will remain in Early Access for about one year. This gives us enough time to expand the content, add new features, and improve the game based on player feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the core gameplay loop, the first act of the story, the main map, and key mechanics - heartbeat, the other side, base building, and crafting. For the full release, we plan to add the complete story across all four acts, additional map zones, more monsters and mini-bosses, expanded quest system, and deeper progression. We also plan to improve visuals, performance, and audio throughout.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is playable and stable, with a complete core loop, the heartbeat mechanic, an explorable section of the map, and a set of quests and story content. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. The price will remain the same during Early Access and after the full release. We do not plan to raise the price when the game leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want the community involved from the start. We plan to gather feedback through our community hub and other channels, listen to how players experience the game, and use that input to guide our decisions on balance, content, and features.”

About This Game

You find yourself trapped in a sealed-off town deep in the Far North. A secret experiment has gone catastrophically wrong, shattering reality into two realms: our world and the Other Side.
