About This Game

Blood Radiant is a lovecraftian soulslike action-RPG. Explore a mythical island at the intersection of many space-times while you find weapons, battle eldritch abominations, uncover secrets, and talk to NPCs in a dark quest to achieve ultimate power.



The island is populated by strange creatures from other realms. They seem to be intent on killing you. Combat is difficult and requires precision. You'll need to circle the enemy and dodge roll out of harms way as you manage your stamina carefully.



At the end of each level, you will be faced with a boss battle that will test both your wits and skill. A boss might seem impossible at first, but with careful observation and discipline, the bosses will fall to your sword.



Humans also live on the island, and they harbor many dark secrets. Speak with the locals to uncover dark knowledge about humanity's true place in the cosmos. But remember that some say ignorance is bliss!



Treasure boxes placed around the island provide weapons, items, and power ups. But beware -- the contents of these boxes changes with each playthrough. Killing enemies provides Radiance, which allows you to upgrade your characters's strength, stamina, or health. The game is loopable with NewGame+, but you'll need to play carefully to advance because if you run out of lives, permadeath kicks in and you have to go back to the beginning of the game.
