Why Early Access?

“Early access allows us to gather feedback from players before the final release to fix bugs found by the community and allows us to incorporate new gameplay and content based on player ideas. Early access also allows us to improve the game while providing us with the resources needed to properly develop and finalize the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to take the game out of the early access phase when we and the community are fully satisfied with the product. We estimate that this process will take about a year after the game's launch.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Compared to the final version, the early access version will only be different in some aspects such as the absence or limited presence of the quest system and quest lines, the starting selection system, the farming and fishing system. Apart from that, all other features will be present and improved through updates until the final release, including the first-person view, the RPG aspect, reputation and inventory management, employee management, the AI system (social relations between AIs), the advanced random AI creation system and the construction system. In addition, the final version will certainly have additions from community ideas not planned by us.”

“The current status of the early access version is detailed in the "About this game" section.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Both during and after early access the price of the game will increase slightly with each major update in order to keep up with the quality of the product.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Involving the community in the development process is very important. Thanks to the many social networks on which we communicate such as Discord or Twitter, the community can propose ideas and actively communicate with us at any time by contributing feedback, fixing bugs and building the game.”

About This Game

Embody, in a unique first-person management game experience, an innkeeper in a rich medieval-fantasy world. Manage your establishment based on your own rules and choose which path you want to follow. Adapt to your customers and achieve a thriving economy. Build your own inn down to the last detail and spread your influence across the world.

INTERACT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, MERCHANTS AND UNIQUE CHARACTERS

Welcome your customers properly, satisfy their needs for food, drink and entertainment and give them the rest they deserve! Manage your reputation and that of your inn. Make commercial agreements with itinerant merchants and producers to keep your stocks constantly replenished while dealing with the hazards that can affect the production of resources (diseases, weather conditions, bandit attacks...).


Accomplish quests to make the world move, help your customers, join guilds to get their support, climb into the sphere of power or meet new characters. Use your relationships to help your business grow by getting help from powerful people or by putting obstacles in the way of your rivals (by eliminating them for example).

EVOLVE YOUR CHARACTER AND DEVELOP YOUR ESTABLISHMENT

Create and customize your character. Choose from a selection of class-like starting situations to guide your play style at the beginning of the game. Gain experience and level up to improve your character across 13 skill types. Skills allow you to unlock passive or active effects that help you negotiate better prices, cook faster, increase your stamina, craft new items, hire more employees, and much more.


Buy building materials and build your own inn by hand with your hammer. Add extensions, expand your inn, dig a basement and make your own furniture. Hire employees to help you with your daily tasks. Manage your establishment down to the last detail: name, menu served, food prices, opening hours.

HONE YOUR SKILLS AND TAKE TIME TO RELAX

In the quieter times, use your different skills to your advantage.


  • Grow your own fruits and vegetables in a garden or, on a larger scale, in a huge field if you're feeling like a farmer.
  • Prepare meals and drinks with a unique and realistic cooking system.
  • Make a multitude of very different items with a quality that depends on your skills.
  • Keep your inn clean by cleaning up the mess with your trusty broom. It must be said that some customers are not very clean.
  • Fish in nearby streams, rivers and lakes with a fishing rod or by making traps.

Also, play money games with your customers to get even more money out of them than you already have. And learn more about the world around you through books about world history.

AND MANY OTHER ELEMENTS TO DISCOVER!

  • Semi-open world: Explore the area around your inn in search of resources, other buildings, or just beautiful landscapes.
  • Multiple choice dialogue: Chat with your customers or itinerant merchants to learn more about them, the world or to trigger quests. Think twice before insulting someone, it could affect your reputation and close opportunities.
  • Weather: Each day will be different and will be enhanced by sunshine, fog, rain or storms. Of course, what would be a simulation game without a good day/night cycle.
  • Realistic light and physics: thanks to the power of the Unreal Engine 5, light and physics are simulated in real time to give realistic rendering and behavior.
  • Drunkenness: Alcohol should be consumed in moderation if you don't want to collapse on the floor and be robbed, or more, by evil customers…
  • Crafting recipes: Buy recipes from merchants or learn them by trying random mixes on your crafting bench or workbench.
  • Balance: send items of varying weight to the heads of customers you hate to knock them out and do whatever you want with them. Not guaranteed without consequences!
  • New game+: restart a more difficult game from the beginning, keeping only the skills you have acquired.
  • Low-poly graphics: graphics with few polygons to suit all computers, but still detailed.
  • Tutorials: learn all aspects of the game to make you a master innkeeper! And for the joy of some, yes, you can skip them.
  • Music: your gaming experience is accompanied by a breathtaking original soundtrack.
  • Key bindings: set all the game keys in the game settings (obvious but often forgotten).
  • Command console: an essential tool to stir up trouble in your games and give yourself an infinite number of bronze coins. Enough to have hours of fun!
  • Save and load your games: Save and load with no limit on the number of saves (the size of your hard drive is the only limit). You can also do quick saves and reloads to see what happens if you eliminate this client or choose this answer to this dialogue.
