The player's will be able to fight many different types of enemies throughout the game. The fighting may include exaggerated gore such as headshots with heads exploding, dismemberment, blood effects from physical hits and weapon hits, explosions with blood effects.

Some sexual connotations and innuendos in some dialogues.
There is no full nudity.
The main protagonist that the player plays has the ability to use drugs throughout the game. The drugs are fictional/invented in accordance with the theme of the game, albeit some might seem similar to real life drugs.
