What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Luminis: Heal Them All is an ambitious open-world survival shooter, primarily developed by 1 person. With this in mind, since this is our first game, we really will need constant player feedback to improve upon to grow. We need to gather data and to test our features with our game being in Early Access. It is a must for us to develop our game as it allows for much flexibility.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Around 2-4 years. It will very much depend on how the players react, how the community grows, and how the development evolves.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We would add more enemy varieties, increase the size of the map, add more weapons, also more in-game events. Also, we will continue the development of the main storyline of the game. But the core mechanic of the game will remain the same - you can only heal.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We already have a solid foundation that is shown in our demo. The Early Access and the Final Version will be built from this. We have an immersive storyline, a variety enemy units set up and decent weapons to use, also diverse items to loot in the world.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The game's price will keep increasing as more features and content are being added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to release posts on the development process frequently and engage with the community by answering their comments and reviews in person.”

About This Game

Luminis: Heal Them All is a small-scale open world survival shooter — with a twist. Set in a futuristic world set alert by a strange virus, your goal isn’t to destroy the infected, but to heal them.

Forget bullets that kill. In Luminis, every firearm is a healing device.

Heal the Sick
A mutating virus is wreaking havoc on wildlife. Meanwhile, a rogue faction from the tech city of Ullis is hacking robots across the region, unleashing chaos to further their own agenda.

As a volunteer healer, you’ve left your old life behind to explore, survive, and cure whatever you can.

You’re humanity’s best hope — and their first gentle hand.

'Combat' - with a twist

Yes, you shoot things — but not to kill.
You’ll wield therapeutic rifles, pistols, shotguns, and snipers, all designed to calm and cure. Heal, and enemies will stop attacking — some may even become your best allies. Combat is tense, tactical, and driven by compassion, not violence.

Explore

Scour the open world for loot and lost tech.

From food and crafting materials to powerful healing gear, survival depends on how well you adapt.

The wild is harsh — but every life you save makes it better.
