What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“1. Need to test if all features work as expected, expecially pvp functionality (connection stability, potential lagging, etc.).
2. Need to add multi-language support and user settings (sound volume, graphic quality, key bindings, etc.).
3. Need to optimize user experience (alleviate motion sickness, reduce clipping issues when in first person modes, etc.).
4. Need to check impacts from mouse DPI and frame rate (now clipped at 65 FPS maximum for safety)
5. Need to improve or add more art assets (character modeling, skin texturing, environment meshes, background texturing...).
6. Need to collect potential bug reports.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Around 6 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“1. Solve all known bugs (hopefully).
2. Multi-language support.
3. More setting options (sound volume, graphic quality, key bindings, etc.).
4. Improved pvp experience (improved stability, reduced lagging), and possibly adding friend invitation functionality.
5. Better art assets. Possible finer character customization. Also potentially adding more realistic boxing ring environments (so not just black backgrounds everywhere). But this needs to be tested as it might worsen the motion sickness.
6. Improved (smarter) AI. Potentially adding difficulty selection if I managed to make the AI smart enough. (PS: In this game all the AI characters share same HP, stamina, and damage rates as the player character. So the difficulty solely depends on the AI smartless).
7. Potential joystick support.
8. Potential better tutorials explaining gaming controls and mechanics if collected enough feedbacks saying it's not clear enough.
9. Potential better physics simulation.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All core features are implemented.
Work in progress with respect to the final version:
1. Currently only English supported, but localization is scheduled.
2. Already some basic user settings like mouse sensitvity, TPS camera distance and FPS FOV. Also players can choose to play as red or blue corner, with basic character appearance customization. More settings coming soon.
3. Now PvP is working, but found a known issue that the replication from client to server is worse than the replication from server to client, causing lagging of game play. This is being looked into.
4. Now only basic art assets are applied, optimization in progress.
5. The AI is now working and can be strong enough if players are not familiar with the game controls and mechanics, but can be further improved.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will announce the important updates to the community
I will collect feedbacks from the community especially about the stability of the pvp part to improve my game”

About This Game

The core idea of this game is to simulate a boxer's arms and upper body movement with the movement of your mouse, precisely and intuitively.

Think of a real boxing fight — you won’t have QTEs, parrying systems, or combo lists. All you can rely on is the precise control of your body and fists, so that your punches land in the right places at the right angles, and your head barely escape from your opponent’s fingertips. If you've ever wanted this hardcore experience, then this is the right game for you!

The rotation of the character's upper body is directly mapped to your mouse positions, and the arms are controlled similarly — just hold the left (or right) mouse button to let the character know which arm should be moved.

Sounds complicated? Don't worry — the controls are extremely intuitive. Wanna perform a right uppercut? Simply hold the right mouse button and move the mouse down-right to charge, then quickly move it top-left — just like how you’d throw the punch in real life! After a few fights, you'll find that controlling your character feels just like controlling your own body. (It is highly recommended that players go through the in-game tutorial first, where all of this is clearly explained.)

Dive into our game, where every punch, dodge, and movement is at the tip of your fingers - literally! Embrace the challenge, let your intuition guide you, and become the boxing legend you were meant to be!
