Crown Gambit is a tactical adventure game where you face many enemies and each of your choices influences the scenario.

Fights

Stand ready to challenge the many enemies that will come your way at every step of your adventure. Brigands, spies, religious fanatics, traitors, thieves, distinguished nobles and dark spirits are all waiting for an opportunity to slit your throat.

Ancestral Grace

Should the situation become desperate, you can appeal to the Ancestrals, Meodred’s deities, to increase your powers... But remember: all favors come at a price.

Skill tree

Performance is rewarded!
As you proceed through the adventure, you become more and more seasoned and unlock new skill cards that you can use in future battles.
Choose the type of advantage you want to gain: improve your attack, defense, or practical skills.

Dialogues

Our three paladins are not accustomed to playing political games, and they must investigate to find out what fearsome stakes are really weighing on Meodred's fate.

Interact with a wide cast of fascinating characters and outsmart them to get to the bottom of their secrets.

Ancestral influence

Beware of winning too easily. If you overuse the power of the Ancestral in battle, your own strength will eventually blind you. You may not be able to control your impulses and you might talk too fast...

By then it will be too late to have regrets.

Multiple endings

Through your encounters, it will be up to you to decide who should rule Meodred.
