Why Early Access?

“We believe Early Access is the best way to shape Moongrave alongside the players who enjoy it most.

Moongrave combines fast-paced tower defense combat, roguelite progression and underground city building. Balancing these systems and creating a wide variety of viable builds will benefit greatly from player feedback.

During Early Access, we want to work closely with the community to improve balance, difficulty, progression and replayability.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Our Early Access period will depend on the amount of content we want to add and the feedback we receive from players.

We will leave Early Access once Moongrave reaches the level of content, balance and polish that we believe represents the experience we want to deliver.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include additional content, including new enemies, arenas, abilities, upgrades and other features.

We also plan to introduce quality-of-life improvements and balance changes based on player feedback.

The exact scope may evolve during Early Access as the game grows.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Moongrave already features the core gameplay loop, multiple challenging arenas, powerful upgrades, varied enemies and bosses, and a wide range of skills that allow for different builds.

The game is stable and playable, but Early Access will allow us to expand its content, improve balance and refine the experience with the community.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price as we add significant content and features and approach the full release.

Any price changes will be announced in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will play an important role throughout Early Access.

We will monitor feedback through Steam discussions and our community channels, and use it to help guide balance changes, feature priorities and future content.

Players can expect regular development updates and patch notes throughout Early Access.”

Take the crystal into hostile lands and defend it against relentless waves of monsters.
