“In order for Second Wave to be a highly engaging game, we believe it is important to gather feedback from our players and see the project through to completion.

We began development in July 2022 and have conducted alpha and beta testing on the Steam platform to date, but we believe the game is still in the early stages of development.

“The Early Access period will last approximately one year, during which time we will use player feedback to refine the game and deliver a more polished version of the game.

Depending on the development progress, we may end the Early Access period earlier and schedule an additional beta test before officially releasing the game.”

“In the full version of Second Wave, we plan to introduce new game modes, characters, maps, and improve the quality of character animations, UI, effects, and more. We have several ideas for new modes, including a PvE mode.”

“In its current state, Second Wave includes 17 characters for players to choose from, 3 different core game modes, in-game items that allow players to enjoy the fun of growth through combat, unique skins, a mode to play against bots, custom matches to play with friends, a practice area where players can test the skills of their favorite character before jumping into a match, and tutorials to assist all new players.”

“We do not plan to change the price during Early Access, but there may be a limited time sale if we have a pre-release event closer to launch.”
