Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We're working hard to ensure that the game offers a complete survival experience before it's officially launched, and we're aiming for a development cycle of under two years. While it's difficult to predict an exact timeline, we'll be monitoring community feedback closely to determine when the game is ready for launch.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In Early Access, the game will offer the core mechanics and features that make it a fully functional survival game. However, as we continue to develop the game during the Early Access period, we plan to add a ton of new features that will make it even more challenging and engaging. We're planning to introduce additional challenges that will impact your survival and force you to adapt your playstyle. We'll also be adding more ways for players to interact with each other but also with their environment, which will enhance the overall gameplay experience and create new opportunities for teamwork and cooperation.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We're proud to say that the game already contains all of the core features that make it a fully functional survival game. From base-building to farming, hunger and thirst, dynamic weather, and much more, the game offers a robust and immersive gameplay experience that will keep you engaged for hours.

We're constantly adding advanced features and improvements to the game, so you can expect new updates and enhancements regularly. You can play the game in singleplayer mode or join online servers to team up with other players and survive together.

A huge portion of the map is ready to be explored, so you can expect plenty of adventure and discovery as you explore the world of Ardem.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“For the Early Access launch of Ardem we will start with a lower price. However, please note that the price may increase once the game has its full release. We want to ensure that the game is priced appropriately based on the value it provides to players and will announce any changes to the pricing model well in advance so that our community can plan accordingly.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We believe that involving our players in the development process is essential to creating a game that truly resonates with our audience. We'll be using channels like Discord to gather feedback from our players and keep them informed about the development process. We also plan to involve our players in decision-making for new features, giving them the opportunity to impact the direction of future updates. Additionally a smaller group of testers will have access to the latest game builds and will be able to raise feedback and work together with the developers.”
