About This Game

99 Fails is an impossibly difficult platformer set in Zeebo's surreal nightmare with bizarre monsters, set to music by  legendary David Wise. The premise is very simple: traverse pillars in Zeebo's different forms while the environment tries to distract you!

Work your way through the map in adventure more to learn more about Zeebo's world Neebota, and unlock his tragic back story, consisting of beautifully hand-painted comic frames. Unlock all the pages!


In arcade mode you can challenge yourself with 99 or 666 pillars, and with friends and foes! Race up to 3 others in a race to the finish!

  • Just how far can you get? In endless mode, there is no finish line...only your next fail.

Neebota is a new fantasy universe where beings wrestle with hope, fear, dreams, and self-discovery. Its dreamworld, Noobota, reflects the minds of its inhabitants — twisted, beautiful, and layered with meaning.

99 Fails is developed by indie studio Frying Jelly with a focus on building original IP and immersive worlds you can get lost in, with Neebota: Zeebo's Awakening being the first grand adventure-RPG title scheduled for EA late 2026!
