About This Game

Alien Bloom is a multiplayer strategy card game where 3 players battle for control of the planet.

Choose your faction, claim territories, launch attacks, and fight through strategic card-based battles across the Earth and the 5th Dimension. Every match mixes turn-based strategy, territory control, special powers, and risk-versus-reward decisions.

Four Asymmetrical Factions

Humanity | The Mobility Faction

• Saint Venture foresaw the impending doom of the Tribulation and made plans to fight for mankind’s right to exist. After the Airships escaped Europe’s destruction, she was made Leader of Humanity.

Cybernetics | The Assassin Faction

• Created by the World Government to destroy the Orcus, the AI struck down its own creator instead. After the widespread destruction of the World Government, C.A.I.N.N began to hunt down all of mankind.

The Orcus | The Opportunistic Faction

• A parasitic entity released by the Aliens to flood over mankind. After enough biomass was consumed, Mind Flowers began to form an intelligent hivemind.

The Aliens | The Tower Defense Faction

• An interdimensional race of aliens that spent decades plotting their ascension over mankind. After WWII, the technological leap enabled the Aliens to begin their final plans for exterminating the human race.

One Card vs One Card

War | Launch attacks against other player's territories.

• Burn the top 3 cards of your Deck and draw your 4th card. Highest card wins.

• Be careful, just because you won doesn't mean you won't get Nuked!

Epic Space Battles

3 Card Poker | Launch Space Battles against other player's to compete for space dominance.

• Each Spaceship receives 1 card (Max 3) with Hand Rankings based on 3 Card Poker.

• Don't have a great Hand? Send a Boarding Party to scare them into a Full Retreat!

Bring the War to the 5th Dimension

Pai Gow Poker | Take the fight into the 5th Dimension and secure a Planet stronghold.

• Planet Battles require player's to form a Low Hand and High Hand with Hand Rankings based on Pai Gow Poker.

The Path to Universal Domination

Three ways to win any match:

• Collect 5 cards in a row on the World Map.

• Faction based win conditions.

• Eliminate the other two players.

Alien Bloom Story

In the 1940’s Germany created a multidimensional device to help turn the tide of World War II. Successfully navigating to the 5th Dimension, Antarctican Germans made first contact and drafted defense agreements with the Aliens. 12 years later the German holdouts were backstabbed and defeated as the Aliens switched sides to the United States in the 1950s. The Aliens gave the United States advanced alien technology in exchange for the materials needed to construct their Mothership superweapons. Unknown to the United States, they were funding mankind's eventual extermination.

After the planned demolition of the United States in the 2030’s, rival powers were instructed to start World War III with the end goal being a united one world government. However one nation took things too far and assassinated a powerful family from the West. This led to classified military technology being deployed by every side in an actual all out war that decimated the globe.

Mankind finally had enough of the fighting and were ready for unification. World leaders met to set aside their differences and form the very first World Government. As cities were rebuilt using previously suppressed technologies, the Aliens finally revealed themselves to the World. They came in peace—but only if mankind submitted to their rule as Gods.

The World Government accepted their demands, as this was always the plan to bring mankind to its full spiritual potential. However many people rejected the Aliens and the World Government, opting to take a stand instead. This led to revolts and skirmishes until one day the Alien Messiah was shot in the head. The Aliens retreated back to the 5th Dimension and released two bioweapons: Radioactive plant seeds and a zombie virus.

After six months all of Earth's ecosystems had been replaced with radioactive alien jungles. A majority of mankind started to develop terminal cancer while the survivors were forced to survive a zombie apocalypse. The World Government created an A.I to combat the zombie virus, but faulty programming led to the A.I going out of control and attacking all humans to starve out the zombie hordes. Surviving World Government leaders retreated to the Antarctica Black Site and activated the CryoStorm device, effectively walling themselves off from the rest of the World.

With no government and death approaching fast, the remaining humans in Europe pulled together with a desperate plan. Thanks to a young woman who had access to the most powerful A.I ever created, Humanity was able to construct hundreds of Airships and escape the newly evolved zombie virus known as The Orcus.

Yes the entire game is vibe coded. I've been working on this game non-stop for 7 years. I tried sponsors, publishers and crowdfunding with a tech demo that I commissioned contractors to build...it wasn't good enough. When I realized A.I could finally bring my dream to reality, I put the pedal to the metal for the last 7 months to finish what I started so long ago.

Localization was done via A.I. I know enough Spanish and Russian to help with those translations but the other Lang's needed A.I with my current budget.

All art assets are sourced from free/open clipart websites and edited with Figma.

All music assets are sourced from amazing artists that have made their songs available to everyone (Their acknowledgements are at the bottom of my Privacy/Terms website).
