“《四步杀》是一款体量短小的第一人称潜行恐怖解密游戏，虽然整部作品疑似采用了免费素材开发，但操作手感与整体观感并不算廉价。玩家需要在一栋只有两层且只有一侧有房间的医院内，一边躲避按照规定路线巡逻且会循声追击的屠夫，一边通过一级一级的道具机关解锁大门逃出生天。不过事实上，对于一款恐怖游戏来说，本作的设计只能说中规中矩，且大部分的游戏时间都是被屠夫拉长的，但整体体验依旧让人感觉整部作品质量尚可。”
