About This Game

Knight of the Forgotten Realm is a 2.5D side-scroller action-adventure soulslike set in a war-torn land ravaged by demonic beings known as the Ancient Ones. After an unprecedented attack on a critical outpost, a god-like being named Lucian saves your life. In return, the Eternal orders you to head east, to venture into forbidden territory to uncover lost knowledge crucial to the realm. Will you survive the Eternal's call?

Thirty-four years ago, the Great Burning shattered the peaceful realm of Austeria.

Led by the traitorous royal guard Typherius, a brutal coup plunged the land into chaos. Cities that refused to bend the knee or destroy their knowledge of the Eternals were bathed in fire. For decades, humanity paid the ultimate price under Typherius’s bloody crusade, until the sudden arrival of the Ancient Ones in eastern Elemore forced a desperate shift from conquest to pure survival.
