The New Age more than doubles the content in the core game, and introduces the Expedition system into the Aeon's End universe. After each game in the Expedition campaign, you will receive new treasures and player cards that allow you to become more powerful. However, the nemeses that you will face grow stronger and stronger with each battle.

Begin your adventure with up to 4 mages against a terrifyingly familiar foe, and unlock 4 more mages and 3 more nemeses in your quest to protect New Gravehold! From then, you can play randomized Expeditions with all of your content from the core game and other expansions.

The New Age expansion includes:

• 4 new Nemeses: Maggoth, Arachnos, Ageless Walker, and Fenrix
  
• 8 new Mages with unique abilities and starter cards: Claudia, Gygar, Lost, Rhia, Sahala, Soskel, Talix, and Taqren
  
• More than 40 new spells, gems, and relics
  
• More than 70 new nemesis cards
  
• 3 new breach types

Plus, the all new Expedition System:

• Play the story of The New Age, or roll a custom adventure.
  
• Discover treasures to aid you in your journey.
  
• Recruit new Mages to join the battle.
  
• Regroup in the barracks between battles to prepare the perfect team!
