Those textures has painted over the intimate parts of the body and completely cut off the female genitals, there is a hole instead of genitals. If you would like to undress them completely you should have installed the 18+ DLC. Only in this case you will be able to remove all clothes and characters will have the correct textures on all intimate parts.
