Why Early Access?

“This is Timmy challenges the player through testing game mechanics and balance, but we want to improve the game to ensure that many can enjoy it. With the majority of the game being completed, Early Access is a way for us to take user feedback and help to improve the game throughout development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“As This is Timmy launches into Early Access, we'll be using this time to refine the player experience. We aim to only be in Early Access for less than a year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“So far, the game is pretty much done in regards to story and levels. Our goal is to improve what is available, enhancing the experience for players. We may also look into introducing new features throughout the game, perhaps in the form of new mechanics, or new challenges to face.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“This is Timmy is playable from start to finish. It includes a single-player mode, a multiplayer, and a level editor, all with sound effects and original music. There are bugs and issues that will be addressed as development continues, and some gameplay features may not be final and are subject to QA testing when that gets properly underway.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price for This is Timmy is planned to increase slightly once it launches out of Early Access”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We intend to communicate with the community primarily through our community hub and official Discord server where a dedicated channel will be available for players to discuss the game and raise any concerns. We also have official developer socials to keep players updated on any progress being made”
