“ENCHAIN is a solo developer passion project and has spent many years in quiet development. As with the demo, direct player feedback has been extremely valuable in guiding my choices for the game. Early Access will allow the game to continue growing with community-oriented iteration.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 1 year. Any necessary time will be taken to make the full game into something I am happy to release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The plan for Early Access is to expand on the game with a few new major regions, with more enemies, weapons, and bosses to go along with them. Existing regions may be adjusted, redesigned, or even moved, as I continue to iterate on the established world.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version features a complete main quest across 4 main large interconnected regions, including the 2 partial regions from the original demo. There are also an additional 3-4 optional areas that are explorable.
There are currently 10 weapons, 4 bosses, 10 unique enemy types, several upgrades, and many optional secret items to find.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There are no plans to change the price when leaving early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will read and consider all feedback given through community portals and apply it to the development process over time, bundled into incremental updates. Whether it is just a small quality of life feature, or a suggestion regarding larger gameplay aspects, your feedback could factor into the final game.”
