Notice Regarding the End of Support for Windows 10

We sincerely thank you for your continual support of our company's products.
The following is a notice regarding the system requirements for our PC game software (Windows version).

On October 14th, 2025 (JST), Microsoft will be ending support for the Windows 10 operating system.
Accordingly, our company will also be ending support for Windows 10 on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025.

Should you continue to use Windows 10, you will still be able to play our games for some time after support has ended.
However, there may be cases where games will not run properly due to the application of future updates or automatic updates.
(Automatic updates refers to online games, etc., in which the program is automatically updated when the server is accessed.)

We would like to ask all affected customers to please take note of the support termination date and consider OS migration as soon as possible.

If any other guidance becomes necessary, we will provide such guidance as soon as possible.

About This Game

To commemorate Kou Shibusawa's 35th anniversary, the "Kou Shibusawa Archives" will be opened in the Steam Store. Here we will revive popular previously released titles. Among the first released will be Romance of the Three Kingdoms which was first released in 1985.
"Romance of the Three Kingdoms" was the first historical simulation game released in Japan based on the Chinese classical literature "Romance of the Three Kingdoms". Players become the leaders of their countries and strive to unite the land under their rule.


【Regarding Online User Registration】

Online User Registration is a system for users to receive services through inputting their unique game serial number at the dedicated KOEI TECMO GAMES portal site, GAMECITY. Registration is free. Please register your game.
For your convenience, Users' browsers can access the proper site through the Online User Registration menu in the Launcher.

【Regarding the survey】

For taking the time to fill out our survey, users will receive a GC Coin, usable at the KOEI TECMO GAMES portal site, GAMECITY. Please see the Survey menu in the Launcher.
