Because I'm lazy and don't want to make an endless looking tome, I'm just going to structurally give you the pros and cons with sometimes a small explanation.Pros
✓ A regular amount of guns and other weapons for a, more or less, balanced gameplay (More guns is always better).
✓ The overall gameplay isn't quite boring, there is plenty of action, unless you're playing on a map only available to paid players, because these maps are usually quite big (I'll talk more about this in the Cons section).
✓ Plenty of maps to play on (This also has a negative side).
✓ 4 different game modes (This also has a negative side).
✓ The possibility to create your own characters and maps is a huge plus. Both editors are (in my opinion) very easy to use and have lots of features to work with.
✓ Steam Workshop.
✓ Achievements and statistics.
✓ ... (More will follow)Cons
✖ Low amount of paid (non-demo) players.
✖ Not being able to play on different maps and gamemodes than the one provided for demo users.
✖ Too many demo users. This is a huge downside for paid players. Demo users can only play on certain demo servers, but these servers are also available for paid players. Because of the low amount of paid players and the high amount of demo players and the fact that demo players can only play on a couple of maps and on 2 out of the 4 gamemodes, what means that the demo servers only provide those maps and just 2 gamemodes, means you'll almost never play on other maps and different gamemodes as a paid player and because of that will not get a full view of the game.
✖ Some maps available for paid players are just too big to play on. You'll hardly get a full lobby when hosting a map that isn't available for demo users, so with a lower amount of players, certain maps are just too big.
✖ People who try to ruin the experience for other players by griefing, with for example, C4, are frequent.
✖ ... (More will follow)Mixed
✓/✖ This game has a lot to offer for early access. But when buying the game for the scandalous price of 11,99€, the developers don't tell you, you get a game with broken gameplay. The gameplay may not always be boring and have a high amount of action, but that doesn't mean you can properly play. The developers seem to not have learnt anything out of other games: griefing, spawn killing/destroying, panic knifing, too big maps, using a demo, not to introduce new players to the game, but by letting them dominate it, etc.
Is what you get really worth the full price? In my opinion, absolutely not. There are plenty of other games that provide way more for the same or even a lower price than this game.
And yet I recommend it... All the opinions I have brings me on the edge of good and bad.
