sometimes could stop working several times in a day.
other than that, really nice and safe for my little brother to play (he is currently 10 y. o)

Also, please ban several words that possibly used for creature name. Such as : butt, buttsex, ♥♥♥♥, etc
It's okay under parental advisory, but still I don't think it's nice.

Thanks for making thing awesome game.

The game occasionally crashes. That is my only setback about this game. It's the perfect blend of create-your-own and open world simulation.
In the space stage, I traveled all the way to the center of the galaxy only to end up accidentally starting a war with the Grox. Woops.

I named my creature Seanus Murrayus.
It tried to sell spice to another galactic civilization.
Turns out, he lied them about spice quality/colour.
Another civ declared war on him.
The end.

Not realistic, I thought I can trick them like I tricked humans before.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY, THE SERVERS ARE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN.

Now that I've said that, I can explain how fun HALF of this game is.

Cell stage is a sort of fun indtroductory mini-game more than a full stage. Just imagine alll those games where you eat stuff to get bigger, then et creatures smaller than you. That's cell stage.
The Creature stage is the best part, or maybe second best part, of the game for me. I loved murdering and consuming all of my neighbours and using their limbs to find new parts to evolve. One annoyance, sometimes I couldn't tell where my species had gone when they migrated.
Tribal stage is meh. It's kinda fun at the start, until everyone else starts dominating you and you get yor food stolen every ten seconds.
City stage is boring. More of the same as tribal stage, but with tanks and boats. Get through this stage as fat as possible.
Space stage is just as great as Creature stage, if not better. After being confined to one planet for so long, you finally get to build your spaceship and fly to distant star systems. Make friends with aliens, or hunt those in tribal stage for sport. It's great.

In conclusion, the first two stages of the game and the last stage are great, but Tribal and City just seem shambled together. Oh, and there's NO ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY. Screw you EA. Pick this game up when it's on sale for a fiver or so.

Such a great game. It didn't age very well, but it's still fun. The Space Stage is so much fun as a huge conquest you can spend, like, a year working on, but the game lacks awesome content. If it had addons like GMod or varied combat like Warframe this would be great, but it's not amazing. Not for the hardcore gamer or the completionist for sure. Casual gamers, come have fun!

SPORE is a very old game. It's very unique, friendly, and (against a lot of other opinions) executed very well. I remember pre-ordering the physical copy of the game as a kid. The first time I booted the game up was just mind blowing. An entire galaxy that's mine to control! I didn't care what others thought, it let my imagination run wild and showed me hundreds of hours of entertainment.
Spore is a game about imagination where the limits just keep expanding. As you progress through the game you'll be able to control a creature that you have thrown together, through the stages of evolution. Work hard to get your cell onto land. Dominate the other creatures with friendship or extinction. Take control of your tribe's continent. Unify the world's civilizations. Take control of the galaxy, one solar system at a time, and discover it's secrets. All of this can be done in a game of SPORE.
Feeling really creative? Make some friends and share your creations with eachother! To really put your creations to use, consider visiting the DLC store pages! You won't regret the extra hours and hours of gameplay, created by the community!

Really enjoyed spore. It came out many years ago, on my birthday and I had my dad get it for my present when I was younger. It was really a fun game, I enjoyed it a lot, and I enjoy it even better now that I have a better computer. The graphics are chunky, and that's just what makes it's style!

Good:
-------------------------------------------
+Make custom creatures
+Literally customize anything, you want it's toe to be huge, but the legs to be small? GO FOR IT.
+Runs basically on any pc, it's such an old game.
+Graphics look nice actually, on my Gx950 graphics card.
+Each mode is indepth, so you can get different endings and benefits depending on the path you took.
+You can technically upload your creations and download others.

Bad:
--------------------------------------------
+I havent personally been able to log into my EA account, so I play offline.

+This game isn't what people wanted it to be - but it's good for those who don't care what it was 'supposed' to be. My husband and I played this as young teens, and we enjoyed a lot for what it was.

+ Multiple ending types, and creature spawns can be good, but it can feel old after a while with the AI being similar each game.

♥♥♥♥ guys I don't know what to say.... I bought this game in like 2008 when I was 9 and plaed the HELL out of it!!! After not playing it for years I found out it was on Steam and bought it again just so I could look at it in my library. I don't know about No Mans Sky but Spore will always be the ultimate space simulator / crazy god game for me!!!! It really is an amazing game and I would recommend it to anyone!!
