J022 Basin was originally a site for developing sleep-assist field technology, until ancient eldritch power overwhelmed it entirely. The corporation’s experiment ended in catastrophic failure. Every living creature was twisted into ferocious monsters, and the former villages were reduced to silent deadlands. A devastating purge protocol has been activated, and time is running out for you. Answering the corporation’s call, you follow Team E leader “Mango” deep into the basin, reactivate sealed relic statues, and investigate the truth behind the runaway project. Along your journey, you will meet mysterious NPCs, hear eerie tales of the basin’s mutation, unlock exclusive gear and intelligence, and slowly uncover the millennia-old dark secret buried in this land. Ancient carvings on relics murmur eldritch prayers, roaming monsters hunt endlessly, and this adventure of survival and discovery begins.

Two Game Modes with Time-Limited Challenges

The game includes single-player campaign, two-player campaign, single-player survival and two-player survival. Each mode has separate conditions, mission objectives and rules with vastly different challenge levels:

• Single-player Campaign (2700 seconds time limit): Gather supplies alone, activate 6 relic statues, and escort Mango safely to the basin’s terminus. Fight hordes of monsters by yourself. There is a 50% chance to trigger the final boss fight. The mission fails if time expires, all operatives die, the escorted target falls prematurely, or you quit forcibly.

• Two-player Campaign (4200 seconds time limit): Local split-screen play, compatible with Steam Remote Play Together. Work as a pair to collect more tokens, activate 9 relic mechanisms, fight in coordinated teams and cover one another to greatly raise survival odds. There is also a 50% risk of encountering a boss fight that can wipe your team.

    In Survival Mode, one or two players open supply crates at the corporate factory base, wait for corporate resupply, and use gear to endure 25 enemy waves and defeat a variety of random bosses.

The match settlement uses differentiated token rules: if you clear the run successfully, you keep 100% of all tokens obtained in the session. If your challenge fails, you retain only 25% of your gains. The game features four core currencies: J022BOT Vouchers, Nightmare Eyes, Evil Nightmare Hearts and Phantasms. These are essential for exchanging items, equipment and buff upgrades.

If you die in Campaign Mode, there is a 10% chance to trigger “Return from Hell”. A great demon returns to the mortal realm bearing your soul. You face two choices: submit to the demon, or vanish into nothingness.

Token System

You retain 100% of all tokens collected during a successful run. If you fail the mission, you only keep 25% of your earnings. Four core currencies run the game: J022BOT Vouchers, Mare Eyes, Dark Remnants and Phantoms. Spend them to purchase supplies, equipment and powerful buffs.
