About This Game

An otome visual novel set in the secretive world of vampire aristocracy.

You play a bookish young woman whose father vanishes as an incurable plague creeps through her town. Read the story, make choices at the moments that matter, and decide how far into the night you are willing to follow.

The complete story

Season 1 and Season 2 tell the main story from beginning to end. Hadrian's Story is a dark alternate ending — a separate path through the same world.

Season 1

Your comfortable life is shattered by the disappearance of your father and the spread of a mysterious scourge. While searching for a cure, a dangerous vampire lord steals you away for some unknown purpose and introduces you to a world of Gothic castles, secret passages, and endless opulence.
Cassius the physician, Raoul the priest and Virgil the puppet master each stay close to you — and each of them knows more than he says.
Will you stop the scourge and find true love in the light, or pursue dark, forbidden desires?

Season 2 — the finale

Your celebration is cut short when Hadrian returns as a newly crowned vampire lord — and wants you for his own.
The court closes in, old loyalties are put to the test, and the men beside you are forced to show what they truly are. Will your love stand the test of his insidious plans?

The lord of the castle, and the one who takes you there. He has lived long enough that mortal lives look brief to him, and he holds the power of life and death over everyone under his roof. He answers your questions only when it amuses him — and the longer you stay, the harder it becomes to tell disdain from interest.

Hadrian — The Newly Crowned Lord

"We may be surrounded by finery and glamor, but you're standing in a pit of vipers."

A vampire lord who took his title by force: he seized another lord's domain and set himself against all the rest. Courteous, patient, and entirely without mercy — and he has decided that he wants you. He gives the alternate ending its name, and its three fates.
