Why Early Access?

“Pionero Capital already has a strong foundation to build on: an open world city with three districts, solid driving, 20+ vehicles, 5 facilities and up to 50 employees running your operation. E-commerce is the heart of the game today, but this world was built to hold much more. With our players, we want to grow it in two directions. Deeper, with new machinery and more efficient automation. Wider, with new kinds of business: reselling and collecting vehicles, export contracts with major clients, deals with other companies in the city, and owning more of your supply chain. Early Access lets the community help decide what comes first.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Pionero Capital to be in Early Access for approximately 12–18 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the game both deeper and wider. Deeper: new machinery such as conveyor production lines, smarter automation, more products and more employee upgrades. Wider: new business branches beyond e-commerce, personal properties, plus new locations and facilities across the map. Along the way we’ll keep improving the core mechanics and the world city simulation aspect, like better handling, a more living city, smarter AI.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early Access covers the full arc from a one-person operation to an automated company. You start out packing and delivering orders yourself from a garage, then hire up to 50 employees, crafters and drivers to run the business for you. You expand across 5 warehouses and offices, buy and furnish personal properties, sell 9 products in 3 categories, and buy from 20+ vehicles while your company climbs from Startup to Monopoly. The open city spans an industrial district, downtown and residential area. Play solo or in co-op with friends. Expect around 15–20 hours of gameplay.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game will be available at a lower price during Early Access, and we plan to increase it slightly for the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We’ll post devlogs and roadmap updates on Steam, run polls on Discord to decide what comes next, and keep dedicated Discord channels for bug reports and suggestions. Many of these systems were shaped by demo players, and we want to keep building the game that way.”
