Fixes

"Steal stack" AI issue: sometimes the AI would give an attack hand to the player. No more gifts from the AI!
Achievements unlocked in the demo are carried over to full version on Steam. One battle and a save in the full version is needed to activate the sync
Gathering the magic achievement now shows progress in Steam client
Runespell XL now with progress bar to show the number of unique battles needed to unlock achievement
Resolutions should not reset to a low resolution when going from window mode to fullscreen anymore
Corrected some texts in the game tutorial
