FIXES:

- Fixed saving game state when Steam Cloud is disabled
- Clockwise/counterclockwise rotation speed limited (reduces rope interpenetration)
- Audio issues addressed
- Memory leaks fixed
- The game now properly saves the game when the user exits by pressing the esc-key
- New game configuration file for troubleshooting purposes
