Steam client update released

A Steam client update is now available. To apply the update, click the File menu inside of Steam and then select "Check for Steam Client Updates...". The specific changes include:

Fixed downloading Sniper Elite (Error was: missing decryption key)
Fixed Steam hanging while creating new account
Reduces errors uploading screenshots on slow connections
Fixed steam://openurl and steam://openurl_external links opening black pages in the existing window in the in-client browser at times (really!)
Fixed Cloud sync errors that could occur when games were first installed on a new machine
Fixed checking Windows Media player version when starting trailer with external player
