Updates to Garry's Mod have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Garry's Mod

Fixed bug where some Lua based admin mods would assume a console command was from a server admin if the player left the server right after the command was issued
Allowed '~' in console command names
Fixed Weapon:CallOnClient crashing out due to incomplete usermessage if the second parameter was empty
Fixed UserMessage errors after calling Entity:SetMaterial clientside
